The yarns get better every year!

The textures are interesting; the colors are wonderful, and the variety will satisfy every type of knitter.

We have expanded the range of yarns to meet your requests.

For smaller qauge yarns, we now carry Koigu, a wonderful hand-dyed yarn in multis and solids, Mountain Colors Bearfoot, which has enough nylon to use for socks, and Mandarin Petit, a fine cotton with incredible pattern support.

At the other side of the spectrum, we've added Lobster Pot Bulky, a hand dyed solid wool in colors that make you feel like spring all year long and Rowan Big Wool in exciting new colors.

There are several cotton blends that create lighter, machine washable garments. Try Polo at 5.5 st/inch or Scoubidu a stonewashed cotton at 5 st/inch, Supercotton at 4 st/inch, or Vittadini's Dianna.

S. Charles's Muse is reminiscent of Missoni yarns, begging to become a summer shell.

We have also brought back two yarns in improved color-ways, Mosaic, a wool with small touches of color that is easy to knit and mixes well with other yarns and Berocco Suede, in fantastic spring colors to make an airy poncho or bathing suit!

Adornments are hot, so we added Chips from Trendsetter which can be knit in or added to your scarves, hats or purses. Try Hannah Silk ribbons now sold in both spools and in long strips that will knit beautifully in a garment or can be tied onto a purse, poncho or shawl as an adornment. We also have silk ribbon flowers available pre-made or take a quick class and learn to make them yourself!
