It is that time of year again. The weather starts to turn warmer and no one seems to want to spend the weekend in the cozy fiber den of a yarn shop. This means Knit + Stitch will once again be closed on Sundays for the summer months.

We realize many people come in on the weekends to get help on their projects or need to take their time picking out yarn for a big project. We will remain open our usual Saturday hours (10-5:30) and if you can make it over to see us during the week, we would love to help you on our late night--Thursday we remain open until 8pm.

Most Thursdays Sue and Yvette (hi! i'm also the blogger!) work the evening shift. Between the two of us, we can answer almost any questions you may have. Sue is versed in both sweater and accessory knitting, and she is a pro with texture stitches and cables. I have tried to knit a little of everything, but socks, mittens, and gloves are my thing. I also crochet and can help you with anything from a simple crocheted border on an afghan to crocheted lace patterns.
